STEP - 1
How it Works?
If you wish to set your diamond into one of our stock jewelry items, tweak an existing design that happens to be a real showstopper, or dream up something completely custom, it all starts with setting up a consultation with one of our experienced designers.
It is in this work session that we will assist you to crystallize your preferences and style predilections by means of imagery, visuals, or hand-drawn aids, hence embarking on a truly bespoke design journey. If time permits, in some cases, we can also do a life-like computer-aided design rendering to help you yet more clearly visualize your new masterpiece.
STEP - 2
It all begins with an idea
If you have an idea, get here and let's develop it into reality! Have pictures? Bring them in, and we can work toward personalizing the idea to exactly what you want.

STEP - 3
Wax carving and model creation
After you've finalized your design, it is cast in wax. The wax model can be made through our state-of-the art milling machine or through a 3D printer. A sprue is attached to the bottom of the wax model, ready for casting.
This model, among others, is placed within a flask filled with investment material, similar to plaster. After the wax burns out inside an oven, the impression of the design is left; hence the name "Lost Wax Casting Method." The wax is not actually lost but removed, leaving an imprint on the design.
STEP - 4
Casting
With the aid of a torch, metals such as gold, platinum, or silver are melted, and the centrifugal force propels the molten metal towards the impression. The flask is then extracted using tongs and restored back inside the submerged water. After removing most of the investment, the flask gets rinsed away by the water, exposing a raw casting. This rough casting then goes under hand filing, grinding, soldering, and sanding, which is called pre-finishing.

Gemstone Setting
Our team of diamond graders and gemologists individually chooses the diamonds and lively gemstones based on their brightness and color. Your cherished diamonds and gemstones will be handled with the greatest care and respect. Various stone setting techniques are used by our goldsmiths, like prong setting, channel setting, bead setting, pave setting, etc., to enable more light to refract, creating more beauty; quality assured.
STEP - 6
Texture and Finishing
We'll texture and finish your new creation in the final phase: our high-polish finish gives an incredible luster, while a satin finish provides an elegant low-gloss sheen to your work. We can finish off the metal with a hammered texture for originality or antique it with a black background, making raised elements really stand out.
