We stand by our lifetime warranty on every piece that we hand craft, so you will always be able to trust us with the beautiful Poet Robson Fine jewelry pieces in your collection whenever they need some more love. We stand by our work.
We will repair your jewelry as many times as it needs to be repaired for so long you have held the item.
Furthermore, any time you send your jewelry to us we clean and inspect it free of charge so that its just as beautiful as the day you got it.
There are a few limitations to our warranty:
We do not replace center/focal lost stones in our warranty. We will suggest you to get insurance in your piece if the rare event of a focal stone falls out or breaks.
A lot of our designs carry one-of-a-kind stones. In the event something happens to these stones, we will work with you in trying to replace one but keep in mind that color and type may not be exact because it depends on what we have readily available.
Clients are responsible for shipping costs (to and from our studio) for cleanings, inspections, and repair work.
Note: Customers are liable for the import duties and possible loss of goods on return times in addition to shipment charges If you have us repair your piece but will be shipping there after please check with your customs office as to what fees if any may occur.
The first two years will be fully free of charge in repair (excluding replacing focal stones). After two years from the date of purchase, any repair service will be charged a fee for labor time and material.
A few scrapes and scratches are to be expected if you wear fine jewelry every day. They repair experts will take a look at your item, We will warn you of any labor and materials which would be exceptional to standard wear.

Attention: The warranty is void if you take your piece to another jeweler for resizing or repair work.
