We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Availability:
All orders for Products are subject to the availability of those Products and the materials for making the Products. We will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order if, for any reason, the Products you have ordered are not available or are subject to any delay.
If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example, because a particular gemstone is out of stock or because of an error in the price we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Product we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Poet Robson or anyone representing Poet Robson be liable to you under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence or any other legal or equitable theory, for (a) any lost profits, data loss, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, compensatory or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever resulting from: (i) your access to, use of, or reliance on any content provided through the services or any errors or omissions in any content; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of the services or Poet Robson secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party (regardless of the source of origination); (v) any products provided through or in connection with the service whether as part of the free home trial service or otherwise including any allergic reactions or other skin conditions caused by or connected with the use of our products. These limitations apply regardless of legal theory, whether based on tort, strict liability, breach of contract, breach of warranty or any other legal theory, and whether or not Poet Robson was advised of the possibility of such damages.
