Custom Jewelry Manufacturing: Each piece of custom jewelry typically takes around 5 to 6 business weeks to create. Once manufacturing is complete, we will request your confirmation before proceeding with shipping.

Shipping and Delivery: After your order is shipped, it usually arrives within 6 to 9 business days. Please note that Poet Robson is not responsible for delays due to severe weather or other unforeseen events. We do not ship to PO boxes. If the customer changes the delivery address with the shipping carrier while the package is in transit, any resulting delays will be the responsibility of the customer.

Free Delivery: We provide free delivery to your address. Please remember that the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes charged by local authorities.

Product Changes: If a customer wishes to make any changes to the product before it is shipped, the manufacturing timeline will restart from day one.
