STEP - 1
How it Works?
If you wish to incorporate your diamond into one of our existing jewelry pieces, modify an already stunning design, or create something entirely new, the initial step is to book a consultation with one of our skilled designers.
During this consultation, we'll help you refine your preferences and style preferences using images, visuals, or drawings, initiating the bespoke design journey. In certain cases, we may also produce a lifelike CAD rendering to help you visualize your new masterpiece.
STEP - 2
It all begins with an idea
If you have an idea, let us bring it to life! If you have images, bring them in and we can work on personalizing the idea to make it precisely what you want.

STEP - 3
Wax carving and model creation
Once you've finalized your design, we bring it to life using wax. The wax model is then created using our state-of-the-art milling machine or 3D printer. A sprue is added to the bottom of the wax model to prepare it for casting.
The model, along with others, is enclosed in a flask filled with an investment material similar to plaster. After the wax is burned away in an oven, the impression of the design remains, hence the term "Lost Wax Casting Method." The wax itself isn't lost but rather removed, leaving behind the design's imprint.
STEP - 4
Casting
Metals such as gold, platinum, and silver are melted using a torch, and centrifugal force propels the molten metal into the impression. Once cast, the flask is removed with tongs and submerged in water for cooling. The water rinses away the investment, unveiling a raw casting ready for further work. This rough casting undergoes hand filing, grinding, soldering, and sanding in a process called pre-finishing.

Gemstone Setting
Our Diamond Graders and Gemologists carefully select diamonds and vibrant gemstones based on their brilliance and hues. Your cherished diamonds and gemstones are handled with utmost care and reverence. Our Goldsmiths employ various stone setting methods like prong, channel, bead, and pave setting to enhance light refraction and beauty, ensuring exquisite craftsmanship.
STEP - 6
Texture and Finishing
In the last phase, we apply textures and finishes to your new creation. A high-polish finish creates a brilliant shine, while a satin finish offers a more subdued elegance. For a unique touch, we can add a hammered texture. Antiquing or a black background can also accentuate raised elements dramatically.
